Jim has over 15 years experience working in the HVAC industry and is passionate about what he does. After obtaining his NJ Master HVAC/R license, he took a leap of faith and became a small business owner. As such, he understands the importance of supporting other small businesses within his community. As a father, Jim leads by example to show his children the values of hard work, moral integrity and courage.
